Additional Registrants (beyond the complementary #) = $295/person 

2019 Capitol Day Information
Join us on Friday, March 29, 2019 for the ASC Day at The Capitol! This is your chance to meet with your state legislators and talk to them about the value of the ASC industry in Texas! We will have breakfast and a legislative briefing to review current bills and discuss the schedule for the day. If this is your first Day at the Capitol, don’t worry! Our lobby team will walk you through the details of talking to your state representatives and senators and what to expect. We will provide all talking points and handouts.

This event is free, but please let us know if you plan to attend so that we may plan correctly, group attendees by district and schedule your appointments.

TASCS will be providing t-shirts to all attendees who RSVP for Capitol Day. We encourage you to wear scrub bottoms and tennis shoes.

Special Rates: $225  (single/ double occupancy). To reserve a room call (512) 439-1234 and remember to let the hotel know you are attending the TASCS Annual Meeting to receive the discounted rate. The deadline to reserve a room at this rate is March 6, 2019. 

Check in is 4:00pm and Check out is 11:00am

Parking: 
Overnight parking is available for guests. The current overnight charge is $45.00 per vehicle (exclusive of sales tax). Should a guest claim their vehicle after 2:00 am, the overnight parking rate will apply.

Over-sized Vehicles
An over-sized vehicle surcharge of $50.00 (exclusive of sales tax) will be assessed each day. Examples of over-sized vehicles include (but are not limited to) Range Rovers, Suburbans, Navigators, Fl SO trucks, and vans. Please note, there are a limited number of over-sized vehicle spaces available.

The TASCS Annual Meeting provides you and your company a great opportunity to exhibit and showcase products and services of interest. The program offers exhibit time as well as informal social events where you can interact and network with members of the Texas Ambulatory Surgery Center community.

Nonmembers - $2,000

Size and Types of Exhibits
Exhibit space will be limited to a 6’ skirted table and 2 chairs. Other chairs and electrical outlets are available on rental basis from Driskill Hotel. Exhibitors must conform to this space requirement, and should plan displays with this configuration in mind. Due to space constraints we cannot accommodate anything larger. Each booth comes with 2 complimentary badges, each additional badge after that is $100 each. 

Exhibitors shall be limited to those whose products or services are related to the Ambulatory Surgery Center industry. TASCS reserves the right to screen applications for space and to accept only those which conform to these criteria. Unethical conduct or infraction of TASCS policy will subject the exhibitor to dismissal from the meeting. Should this occur, no refund of the exhibit fee will be given.

Cancellation
Deadline for cancellation of exhibit space is March 8, 2019. There will be no refunds for cancellations after this date. Refunds must be submitted in writing prior to 3/10/19 and are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
