‘Tis The Season…Of Giving

With the holidays approaching, the Dallas Endoscopy Center shows how ASCs can give back and show just how much they care.

The Dallas Endoscopy Center (DEC) never slows down!

This summer, they opened their new center.

In November, they hosted a special gathering for employees to “kick off the busy season.” “Fourth quarter is always hectic for us,” said Administrator Susan Cheek. “We have patients trying to schedule procedures because they have met their deductible or need to utilize funds in their HSA or have the time off for the holidays. We know our staff works extra hard during the end of the year, and we wanted to do something fun to celebrate them and let them know how much we appreciate them.”

This act of service is just one example of how ambulatory surgery centers give back to the community. During the holiday season, in particular, many choose to take the time to stop, to reflect, and to lend a hand.

We loved hearing this story from DEC, and we want to know how YOU show you care. Leave a comment below, send us an email, or DM us with details…remember to give back during this time and beyond…and have a happy/healthy holiday season!
