  • What if I cannot attend all 5 days?
    • Registration is for the entire week.
  • Who should attend?
    • New ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) looking to understand the regulatory landscape and prepare for future surveys.
    • ASCs with surveys planned within the next 36 months who want to ensure compliance and optimize their operations.
    • Any ASCs that were recently surveyed and are looking for tips and insights to improve for their next survey.
                 * Note that this event is for Ambulatory Surgery Centers only.
  • What if I do not have accreditation, is this session for me?
    • The information shared focuses on best practices for running a successful ASC, aligning with federal regulations related to patient safety, quality of care, infection control, and overall operational standards. The session will provide valuable tools for regulatory compliance, which can be useful for both accredited and non-accredited centers.
  • What if I am only accredited by one agency, should I attend all sessions?
    • Yes, we recommend attending all sessions, even if you are accredited by just one agency. While each session is presented by a different accrediting body, the core information will be relevant to CMS standards, which apply to all accredited centers. Attending all sessions will give you a comprehensive understanding of best practices across various agencies and help you stay aligned with the latest regulatory requirements.
  • What should I do if I have specific questions or concerns during the workshop?
    • Throughout the workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions. We’ll have Q&A sessions after each presentation, and live chat support will be available for any urgent questions you may have during the event. You can also contact us directly after the event for further clarification.
  • What are the system requirements to attend the workshop?
    • A computer or mobile device with internet access.
    • A web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari).
    • The ability to access Zoom.
    • Speakers or headphones to listen to the session.
    • A microphone (optional) if you wish to ask questions during the live sessions.
  • Where is the link to connect to the event?
    • The link will be emailed to registrants prior to the event. Please ensure [email protected] is a trusted email.
  • How do I retrieve my CASC and/or CAIP credit?
    • At the conclusion of the event on Friday, February 21st, each attendee will receive a link for evaluations. After completing the evaluation, you'll receive your certificate immediately.
